Hkimori

Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Hkimori, the Telegram bot @hkimori_bot and its Mini App at bot.softgridlabs.org (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Hkimori is a private tool operated by its owner for personal use. It shows the status of servers and computers and forwards selected email notifications to Telegram. The service answers only to one authorized Telegram account; other users cannot sign in or use its features.

2. Your accounts

You are responsible for the Google and Telegram accounts you connect and for keeping them secure. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use, and you can disconnect them at any time from the app.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the service or the third-party platforms it relies on.

4. Third-party services

The service depends on Telegram and Google (Gmail API). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.

5. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Notifications may be delayed or missed; do not rely on the service as your only source of critical alerts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes and termination

The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
